Junk Cars

Junk cars are subject to towing (at owners expense) by the county and by the HOA.  Phase 1 has just renewed its contract with our towing vendor.

• all vehicles must have current license plates
• no inoperative vehicles for more than 48 hours (except inside garage)
• no stripped, unsightly, offensive, wrecked, junked or dismantled vehicles or portions thereof
• parking on the grass is subject to fines, parking on your neighbors grass is subject to towing
