Collection Policy
- William from Artemis (Titan) explained in details the collections policy and could not stress enough the importance of paying HOA dues on time. If anyone has fallen behind, experiencing a hardship or is confused as to who they need to make payments too. Please reach out to our property management company immediately so they may be able to work with you to find a solution.

Proposed budget was approved:
- Townhomes will have dues to pay of $145 (There is not enough surplus to cover the townhomes dues for 2019)
- Single family will pay $13.32
- Those homeowners who paid dues in January and February will have a credit on their account to go towards the dues starting on March 1st, 2019. Coupon books will NOT be sent out again, See HOA Dues tab for more information.
